If you want to discover an island untouched by tourism then you should consider the Island of Ambon in the Sulawesi region of Indonesia. Here we are a novelty factor, and the people are just lovely. I guess this is what Fiji would have been like pre tourism. I had the opportunity to watch the Balinese ladies apply their Balinese Dance Makeup when we were staying at the stunning Tugu Bali in Canggu. I don’t know about you, but I am amazed by the performances and how the Balinese dance depicts the culture of Bali. #Bali #Indonesia #Canggu #travel #beautifuldestinations

Bula is what you will hear in Fiji all day, every day, and they mean it. Bula is a welcome greeting, and it is said totally with affection and sincerity. They love people, and they love to look after you. They fret a little if they don’t think you are eating enough or smiling enough. They want you to be happy.
